1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your product, provided:

  • The item has not been worn, washed, or used
  • The product is in its original condition
  • All tags and packaging are intact
  • There is no damage, stain, or alteration

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via Email or Phone
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and product image
  3. Our team will verify and approve your return request
  4. Ship the product back to the address provided by our support team

Please note: Return shipping charges may apply unless the product received was defective or incorrect.

3. Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned item and it passes quality inspection:

  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank/payment provider

We do not offer cash refunds for COD orders; instead, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit (as applicable).

4. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used or worn products
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Customized or personalized T-shirts
  • Items returned after the 7-day window

5. Exchanges

If you want to exchange a product, please initiate a return first. After the refund is processed, you may place a new order.

6. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share unboxing images/videos as proof
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost
