  • Once processed, your order is prepared for dispatch.

  • We ship all orders within 3 days from the date of order confirmation.
  • In certain cases, shipping may be slightly delayed due to:

    • Production backlog
    • Courier delays

If we expect a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time is usually 4–7 working days, depending on your location.
  • Remote areas may take a few extra days for delivery.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before final payment.

Bonganze is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to:
